Hi,

I could be that this is caused by something else than purging, I will not lecture but we all know that purging will do you more harm than good.

Back to the dehydration issue: I am not familiar with all the drinks you mention but if they contain caffeine, theine or kinine do not drink them. You should be drinking enough but what you can try is to eat some more salt (you should drink more then too) dehydration is an osmotic symptom and eating more salt would seem the wrong thing to do but not necessarily is. Do not over due the salt though. Just try to put some more into your diet (I always eat tomatoes with salt which is really good)

if this doesnt help let me know and we will figure out what is wrong,

good luck

Chocolate
