hey guys ive been away for quite some time and the reason for that is that my parents sent me to a clinic for my eating disorders.they did it just in time too, after i had afew tests done when i arrived they told me some seriously scary stuff.i was a week away from being dead (for various reasons all of wich i had caused myself)i never expected to be nearly as damaged as i was and probably stil am. i learnd so much while i was there. but the thing that helped me hte most was the girls who were going through it with me and two of the nurses. i learnt that its a lifelong struggle, an everyone has the strength you just have to live day by day, hour by hour, and if you slip up dont beat yourself up about it, pick yourself up,tell yourself that you are amazing and carry on. I have my good days and my not so good days and i have relapsd afew times and im just at the beginnig of my dicovery to findig myself and knowing my body. if you can last 3 months without a relapse then make it to a year then you can add recovered(ing) title of anorexic or bulimic. there is no doubt that you wil relapse just the time between each relapse will grow longer all this is only if you work your ass off. well anyway ive learned so much that i would love to help any of you and answer any questions you may have im in the process of setting up a new email and will let you know when i have sorted it out
