Choco-

Thank you, your words mean the world to me right now. I'm going to keep eating the 1350, I'm on day 5 now. I need to commit to investing in my health this week. I weigh more than I have in forever, but I am going to have faith that my body will adapt, maintain, and hopefully allow me to lose FAT. I know that eating less is just setting me up to lose muscle, which is counter productive.

The good news is: I decided to measure how tall I am. This was risky, because if I had shrunk I would have been even more depressed. I grew a 1/4 of an inch in the past 4 years! This is really good news! I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 4 yrs ago, and I GREW! Finally something to smile about!

Thank you again!
