Having fun and having sex are two different things. Jeff is party guy, of course he likes to go out and have fun, but he knows where the line is and he isn't going to cross it. And if he were.....IF HE WERE...to sleep with a girl...it wouldn't be anyone on here. She'd be a quite, innocent, sweet, and not to mention CLEAN girl!!!!!
