The Greatest Fear Is Fear Itself

Name: Tonight�s Trooper

History: Tonight�s Trooper grew up in the far stretching, dying deserts of the world that claim so many lives by their hidden monstrosities. His sire was an alpha of a small herd that lived a simple life wandering from oasis to oasis in search of food and water. His mother belonged to another herd and was a favorite of the alpha�s. They met by chance at an oasis and the two alphas had a mutual agreement to tolerate each other at first until the other alpha found out that Tonight�s Trooper�s mother had fallen in love with the other alpha. A fight broke out between the stallions and although his father fought with pride and strength, he was killed on the third day from sheer exhaustion.
His mother continued to live with the alpha after this but forever mourned her lover�s death. When Tonight�s Trooper was born, the alpha was further outraged and rejected mother and son from the herd. His mother did not last long in the heat and passed on for she had lost the very will to live. By luck another herd passed by Tonight�s Trooper soon after and they adopted him in and gave him heart and home.

Personality: Is very polite and gentle but it takes a while for him to warm to others. He doesn�t understand foals very well because he never was one himself; he grew up before his time and is very wise.

Characteristics: Very strong masculine build; deep, rich brown coat and, mane and tail; about 17 hands high.
