I am so deeply sorry to hear of the loss of your father in the house fire. I lost my mother in a tragic house fire on 2/11/11 & my two dogs. She had life alert and there was an 8 to 10 minute delay before anyone was dispatched to assist. She died two minutes prior to them calling me.
