Your part is easy. Just figure out how best to send money. The vendor suggests credit cards because they are fast and painless. You may never even know how frequently your information is resold until weeks or months later.

Important disclaimers:

This is not actually related to your domain registration, which you must maintain in the usual way.
Sending money to these folks does not help with that.
Registering with some obscure SEO service has many benefits for them, in that they receive your money.

Best of all, this is probably not actually illegal. And even if it is, the chances of Clouvider and Moniker helping you to find the scammers is, well, about the same as the chance that the scammers will refund your money!
