She had a ton of babies and younger girls and she tried real hard to start on time and keep it moving. The only problem I had is that she tried to hurry the 2 yr olds up a little. I do not think she understood that most of them were doing their beauty modeling and that takes awhile. My DD did not win queen, but I thought it was pretty fair! We will go back!

Looks like the turnout was low, by looking at the winners list. And most won by being the only one in the group or everyone else pulling out lol. Glad we didn't go, not a TPG and wouldn't of had a chance .

Hey thanks!! My dd is one of those listed about being hot and we love doing pageants. We really just started and are having a blast!! We are meeting a lot of really nice people and even though we don't win everytime we still have FUN!! I just wish people would quit bashing these girls for winning. Because you who bash wouldn't want people to say things about your dd when she wins!!

THIS IS SO SAD THAT ALL OF THESE MOMS THAT HAVE LITTLE GIRLS DOING PAGEANTS HAVE TIME TO DO IS GET ON HERE AND BASH OTHER LITTLE GIRLS. ALL OF THE LITTLE GIRLS ARE BEAUTIFUL. SOME COMPETE MORE OFTEN AND DO BETTER ON STAGE BUT IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY OF THEM ANY PRETTIER THAN THE OTHERS. I SURELY HOPE THAT THESE INNOCENT CHILDREN DO NOT GROW UP TO BE LIKE THEIR BITCHING BICKERING MOTHERS. I CANT IMAGINE ADULTS ACTING LIKE THIS. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN FOR THE LITTLE GIRLS AND MOMS ALIKE. BUT PARTICULAR ONES RUIN THE FUN FOR EVERONE EVERYTIME. I HATE IT! WE DO PAGEANTS FOR FUN- AND I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MAD WHEN MY DAUGHTER DID NOT WIN. AND I HAVE NEVER BASHED A MOM, CHILD, COACH, FATHER, GRANDMOTHER, OR DIRECTOR! AND WOULD NEVER. I AM TOYING WITH CONTINUING PAGEANTS OR NOT AND SEEING THIS SURE MAKES ME LEAN MORE TOWARD NO INSTEAD OF YES AND THAT IS SO SAD FOR MY DAUGHTER. EVERYONE SHOULD STEP BACK AND TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR BEHAVIOR- AND DECIDE JUST HOW PROUD YOUR DAUGHTER WOULD BE OF HER MOTHER. ITS REALLY SAD. We all believe that our own daughter is the prettiest.. With that said, there ARE girls that are prettier than others if you are going on facial beauty. One of these little girls that everyone is always talking about that "should've won..." really isn't as "pretty" as many in her division. She is cute, has good clothes, and good pics, but truly doesn't have the facial beauty that others have. I still think she should compete and have fun at pageants, but her mom needs to stop whining about pageants being rigged and such because facial beauty score is always important and her dd just is not at the top of that category. Enjoy pageants, but quit griping and whining.

I have heard that some have already switched from AMD to Donna. I think this will make it better, arkansas needs more coaches than just AMD.

Ya know, not to bash AMD, but if she would be professional and treat all her students the same, her students would be faithful to her. She has her picks and it is obvious. Donna and Brandi realize that all their students pay them the same amount for a service and you get what you pay for with them. They will do all they can to get your dd where you want them to be. If you ever travel out of state and see the strutters in action, THESE GIRLS ROCK!!!!!!!! The new AR STRUTTERS may not win all the time in Arkansas, but watch them win big on National Levels and they don't have to deal with all this favoritism from their coaches. We switched a long time ago!!!!!

Yes, Isabela does go to Donna and Brandi, but we live just outside of Memphis, so this was more practical for us. We don't want to start anything about AMD, we just decided to go to DB since she comes to Memphis. We had no intentions of competing out of state when we went to AMD and that is probably why there wasn't any interest. We have since changed our minds and have decided to go with Donna and Brandi. Anyone else that goes does it on their own and please don't make this a big deal!!!

I never come to this board unless someone calls me to tell me that I have been mentioned in some way, although I have been told this is where everyone comes on a daily basis. I am in need of your opinions. I am currently advertising my mini-national in Dallas, Tx. -May 20-22nd. I am not sure that I have made a wise choice in picking Dallas because the interest is low right now and the pageant earlybird deadline is April 30th. Where do you think the majority would attend if I scheduled it somewhere else? I am giving beautiful crowns, Monogrammed banners, robes, great gifts, cash and money off nationals. You don't have to do talent but talent scores can replace outfit of choice scores if higher. The supreme package is only 350.00 which includes beauty, photogenic, interview, outfit of choice, mini-supreme, supreme and side awards. Overalls have nothing to do with supremes and there are no hidden fees, door event entries or anything to surprise you when you get there. I have been a pageant director for over 2 years and am really excited about it. I would love to show everyone a great time, show that I give nice things, that I show no favoritism (everyone is equal to me) and that the contestants are the most important thing where pageants are concerned.
