G�rein had never liked Halzay. He blamed her for S�peer�s alcohol problem, and his depression. All the bluerider could do was hope G�rein would be at least civil to the woman. If he was too nasty, it wouldn�t be fun for anyone.

Unconsciously, S�peer tightened the arm around Maria, just a little. It felt nice just to sit like this, knowing nothing was expected of him. If things between them were ever taken further, there would be more danger of Rinali asking him to transfer � in her opinion, if he got too close to Maria, K�mir could be in serious danger if S�peer found him harassing her.

((Then�uhh�can you do it soon? I�m running out of things to say�and that thing with A�rak and M�klern is so sweet! If only Elaini and W�ntyr could be like that�))
