Pero tú cuanto tiempo llevabas matriculado cuando decidiste darte de baja? Lo importante es el tiempo transcurrido desde el dia en que te llegaron los libros a casa, desde ese dia tienes 7 dias, ya q legalmente esto se asimila a una entrega de un producto. Si me das mas datos te puedo ayudar a preparar cosas que alegar en el arbitrage.
