Eso es, nada de cruzarse de brazos, hay que actuar, cada uno en la medida de sus posibilidades, pero hacer algo, que a nadie le sobra el dinero y menos para dar de comer a estos.....
He vuelto a hablar con la amiga que tengo en Galicia (y que también ha puesto reclamación en Consumo), y me ha dicho que en Orense y Pontevedra lo que hacen es tener el teléfono desviado para otras delegaciones, de forma que cuando llamas siempre te sale alguien, para dar apariencia de normalidad, pero que en realidad no atienden ya en persona en esas localidades, lo cual, bien pensado, casi es una suerte, porque para el servicio que prestan es mejor quedarse en casa....Del resto no tengo mucha idea, aunque por sus comentarios ella estaba "preparandose" en Santiago, con un preparador borde y chulito (un tal Diego) que espanta a la gente....debe ser parte de su estrategia, para que tampoco haya gente en esa oficina y el día de mañana cerrarla también.....
