En mi caso, desde que fui por primera vez a informarme en Consumo hasta que me devolvieron el dinero pasó un año, pero supongo que en cada ciudad será distinto porque dependerá del volumen de denuncias (aquí son muchísimas) y de la diligencia de los de Consumo.
