Lo primero es ir a Consumo. Decir que quieres presentar una reclamación contra una academia y alli te darán un formulario que tendrás que cubrir con lo que te ha pasado. Después ellos los remitirán a Adoz y te responderán y empieza ahi un juego de "seducción" en el que tienes que presentar tus alegaciones para convencer al arbitraje.

Pero eso, lo 1º ir a Consumo y presentar la reclamación. Después a criar malvas mientras se espera la contestación.
