Vete mañana mismo a Consumo. Va a resultar complicado que ten la razón, pero dependiendo del Colegio Arbitral hay algunos que, a la vista de los abrumadores antecentes, tienden a dar la razón al alumno y obligan a la "academia" a devolver al menos parte del dinero.
Oye por cierto ¿tú a qué delegación ibas y que "tutor" te atendía?. Porque ese pasotismo del que hablas y esas excusas de "tener mucha gente" me resultan familiares. Aunque los trabajadores de ese sitio no tienen culpa, los buenos profesionales que había han ido pirándose poco a poco. Ahora ya solo quedan inútiles y parásitos, que por no avisar no avisan ya ni de convocatorias ni de listados de admitidos (para qué molestarse...).
En fin, suerte a todos los afectados.
