Que es un puro negocio está claro. No cumplen lo prometido y se desentienden totalmente.
Hay que decir que es una SL, una sociedad mercantil, y por lo que apuntabais algunos diciendo nombre o apellidos, cabe destacar que las
SL las forman al menos más de 1 socio
, como mínimo 2,
sino en el caso de ser solo 1 socio seria SLU
(sociedad limitada unipersonal).
Por lo tanto, puede que uno de ellos de la cara y otros sean los socios capitalistas o bien otros socios que no se sabe ni quienes son (por ejemplo podrían ser sus hijos, su mujer, el hermano, otras personas bien jurídicas /otras empresas/ o bien físicas / gente “de carne y hueso”...)
