hola, yo estoy en tramites a ver si consigo resolver tó este lio, me puedes contar tu experiencia? te lo agradeceria y sabe rcomo lo habeis hecho! yo solo he pagado la matricula, pero han pasado mas de 7 dias que tienes por ley para q no haya problema de darse de baja, asi que en consumo toy haciendo to lo posible y ver en q deriva to esto, si me puedes decir q cosas alegasteis o q denunciaste, pq yo ya he establecido to lo q creo conveniente, pero agradezco si en tu caso, alguna de las cosas te ayudaron mas a resolver el contrato.
