Starr has been angry with her father. After she found out about the Jack lie, after she found out about the Suzanne lie, after Todd told her Blair was dead. Starr's been plenty angry with her father. Generally, though, I think Starr gives her dad more leeway because a) he's the fun one and not often the disciplinarian & b) because his presence in her life has been so sporadic for so long. Very well stated Dande. Starr is a daddy's girl after all :)! Also, we are always shown in sometimes small ways, that Starr loves her mom just as much as her dad. It is just more apparent Starr's love for her dad is all. Case in point: after Starr called Blair a bitch and ran off, she later re-entered the room when Blair was crying with Jack in her lap.
