I would think that as a teenager and a female teenager, it would be something that would weight heavy on her mind, unless she believes he was innocent then too...

I think Starr has a right to take her father's side because Blair is not like her dad at all Todd can understand Starr and Blair can not because she is only thinking about getting back with Todd.I mean did you see the way she kiss Todd after Starr's high school dance.It was crazy and when Starr walked in I bet she was so mad inside because sshe wanted Todd so bad and she was probaly wanted to get him drunk and they could make love.Do you think that Starr has a right to take todd's side?????????????
