North Arkansas College �little theatre� in Harrison
Registration 10:00-10:30 pageant begins at 11:00
Deadline: August 10, 2005

Girls ages 0-19 years
0-11months, 12-23months, 24-35months, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-9 years,
10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-19 years
no fake enhancers are allowed(fake hair, teeth, etc. a light tan will be allowed)
Beauty: Compete in pageant dress or Sunday dress, judged on poise, fit/choice of outfit, eye contact/personality
Photogenic is optional: turn in b & w or color photo at time of registration. Please no frames or photos larger than 8x10
Talent is optional: no longer than 3min 10seconds turn in tape keyed up ready to go, have name and age division on tape talent will be after beauty.
Winners will receive nice crown, banner and gift. They will receive discount to the Queens of the USA national pageant (if they choose to attend) and represent Harrison. Photogenic winners will receive banner and gift. Every one will receive nice gift for participation no one goes home empty handed.
Fees: Beauty $40 Photogenic $10 Talent $25 (circle)

I agree not to hold Cari Glover/queens of the usa pageant system, pageant staff or facility liable for any damages or accidents that may occur traveling to, during or after the pageant. I agree I am responsible for myself and my belongings while participating in the pageant. Lost/broken personal items are not the pageant director/system responsibility. If I/contestant/or person with contestant break/damage any item at the facility, I/contestant/or person with the contestant is responsible for the repairs/cost to replace. Bad sportsmanship from the contestant or person with the contestant will result in disqualification of the contestant without a refund. All judge�s decisions are final.
