Registration 12:00, pageant begins at 1:00
Deadline: November 6, 2005
Austin Hotel and Spa
Girls ages 0-19 years
0-11months, 12-23months, 24-35months, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-9 years,
10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-19 years
No fake enhancers (hair, teeth, etc. a light tan will be allowed)
Jackpots will be available at the door��win half of the money collected, best hair, best dress, best model, best personality
Enter all Jackpots for $35 or $10 each
RECEIVE FEES OFF OF HOLLYWOOD GIRL MINI-NATIONAL PAGEANT JUST FOR COMPETEING
Beauty: Compete in pageant dress or Sunday dress, judged on poise, fit/choice of outfit, eye contact/personality
Off the rack Casual Wear- any store bought outfit, skirt, shorts, Capri outfit, no rhinestones on outfit unless it was bought that way.
Grand Supreme winners: one in 0-4 years, one in 5 and up winners will receive crown, banner, discount to state and national pageant, gift. This will be the contestant with the highest combined score from beauty and off the rack casual wear.
Optional events below
Photogenic: turn in b & w or color photo at time of registration. Please no frames or photos larger than 8x10
Portfolio: 8-10 photos arranged in portfolio binder, turn in at registration.
Composite Card: 8x10 composite turned in at registration, no frames please
Talent is optional: no longer than 3min 10seconds turn in tape keyed up ready to go, have name and age division on tape. No commercials allowed. Winners will receive crown, banner, discount to state and national pageant and gift
Grand Talent: must compete with 2 talents, will be the contestant with the highest combined talent scores. No commercials allowed. Winners will receive crown, banner, discount to state and national pageant and gift.
Photogenic, Portfolio, composite card and casual wear winners will receive banner and gift. .. Every one will receive nice gift for participation no one goes home empty handed.
Pageant Hostess is. You can contact with any questions if she cannot answer them, she will direct you to the director.

I agree not to hold Cari Glover/queens of the usa pageant system, pageant staff or facility liable for any damages or accidents that may occur traveling to, during or after the pageant. I agree I am responsible for myself and my belongings while participating in the pageant. Lost/broken personal items are not the pageant director/system responsibility. I/contestant/person with contestant am responsible for damage I/contestant/or person with the contestant causes to the facility, I/contestant/person with contestant will be responsible to replace/pay for the damage. Bad sportsmanship from the contestant or person with the contestant will result in disqualification of the contestant without a refund.
