Ultimate supreme- highest combined total from beauty, Hollywood girl, and highest optional event
Grand Supremes pulled after ultimate
Grand talent- highest combined score in 2 talent events (no commercials, individual talents only)
Mini Supremes pulled after the grand
Novice supreme- cannot have won more than $200 in the past 2 years
Overall Photo supreme- the contestant with the highest total from 3 photo events; turn in photos at registration, please no frames, must have name/age on photo
Overall beauty-highest beauty score
Overall Hollywood girl—highest Hollywood girl score
Beauty- compete in beauty dress, judged on fit, fashion, overall appeal, poise, modeling/presentation
Divisional talent- no longer than 3 min 10 seconds, turn in tape at registration keyed up ready to go with name, age on the tape/cd
Hollywood girl- model any Hollywood babe style/type outfit, judged on overall appeal, poise, modeling/presentation, fit—older girls will model vogue outfit

$175 ULITMATE PACKAGE- this includes everything in the pageant, along with 4 photo entries, and 2 talent entries. (qualifies for ultimate, grands, mini, novice if applies, all overalls, and division awards entered)
$150 GRAND PACKAGE- this includes beauty, Hollywood girl, one optional and one photo entry. (qualifies for ultimate, grands, mini, novice if applies, all overalls, and division awards entered)
$150 GRAND TALENT- this includes beauty, Hollywood girl and 2 talents(qualifies for ultimate, grands, mini, novice if applies, all overalls, and division awards entered)
$100 GRAND BASIC PACKAGE- this includes beauty, Hollywood girl and one optional (qualifies for grand supreme and entered division awards only)
All extra optionals will be $20 each outfit of choice (only 1 extra allowed), sportswear, photogenic, portfolio, print model, composite, talent circle all that apply

I agree not to hold Cari Glover/queens of the usa pageant system, pageant staff or facility liable for any damages or accidents that may occur traveling to, during or after the pageant. I agree I am responsible for myself and my belongings while participating in the pageant. Lost/broken personal items are not the pageant director/system responsibility. I/contestant/person with contestant am responsible for damage I/contestant/or person with the contestant causes to the facility, I/contestant/person with contestant will be responsible to replace/pay for the damage. Bad sportsmanship from the contestant or person with the contestant will result in disqualification of the contestant without a refund. No refunds of deposit/ registration fee, they will be credited to another preliminary of your choice. All judges’ decisions are final and will not be discussed.
