Subject: Amendment to classes

From 2012 Regulations:

11. Classes:
There will be 4 classes divided by engine size:
up to 1600, 1601-1800, 1801-2000, and over 2000.

March 1st. Amended to:
11. Classes:
There will be 5 classes divided by engine size.
up to 1000, 1001-1600, 1601-1800, 1801-2000, over 2000.

Reverting back to the five classes as per previous Guild events.
