Will the overall results continue to be classified by engine size (only)?

I very much appreciate the fact that the roads and the navigation etc are the "fun bits" and the main challenges. However, putting a hand built kit car up against the output of a German or Japanese factory producing units in the tens of thousands annually.

Quote from the regs: "The Geneva - Barcelona is primarily about building or preparing a car capable of completing a testing route."

If so, then this should be the primary measure.....surely?

I recognize that we are in an imperfect world and that ideally we would have a dozen hand built cars and a dozen specialist cars and so forth, allowing sub-classes to be created, we don't :-( But is there no way to manage this?

Proposal: Any car model produced in quantities of more than 3000 units per annum gets a five point handicap.
