At Stoneleigh Peter said "what could possibly go wrong?" Well in truth nothing in terms of a very much enjoyed day. We learned much about the Marlin's wet weather capability, and may even have passed some. Don't know for sure as I couldn't see very well! Good to see GOME eventers again, it's rather like having been in the trenches together isn't it. Sincere thanks to Peter/Carol and all the marshalls for a well organised enjoyable day. It must have been mighty hard work to keep things together in the circumstances but you managed it with a smile. Well done indeed!
Shame to have lost Andrew and Mike in the other Marlin early on due to an "off" but it's all part of the test.
