Subject: Guy Crofton

It was with great sadness that I spoke to Dudley de Chair this evening to learn of the death of Guy Crofton.

All of us who knew him will long remember Dud and M'Lud charging around in the wonderful Dragoon, attempting and conquering some of our more challenging routes that defeated much smaller cars, especially in the deep snow drifts on Liege-Corse.

He was one of lifes true gentlemen and he will be sadly missed by us all.
