It is the responsibility of the winner to pick up all prizes won. Unless other wise stated. Prizes must be picked up within 30 days. If shipped it is the winner responsibility to pay any and all shipping charges. ( This is for the large awards)  All cash and prizes won by the Contestants will be given to them during crowning. We do not prorate. The Contestants will get the prizes that we are giving away. No matter how many Contestants. we charge one LOW fee  of $400.00. This covers all events. No door events, no extra points for gowns, hair, eyes and so on, and no surprises at the door. We are looking for the total Contestant. We are a fair, honest, dependable and strict pageant system. In other words we run a tight ship. (and lots of FUN!) If this sounds like the pageant system you would like to compete in you will need to send in a deposit of $100.00 to hold your spot. We have a limit on the amount of Contestants per age group. Due to the fact that we need to order your shirt, awards, Contestant limit and time wise, we will not have a door registration.
