Delivery is not assured when you deal with a pill pusher whom you have never met, and who communicates using only a free scammer maildrop service. But that is up to you. Would you actually put the pills in your mouth if they arrived? Of course not. So it should not matter if the vendor simply takes your money and ships nothing.
