Subject: Mrs. Florida, Ms. Florida & Mrs. Puerto Rico official results

The 2005 Florida U.S. Pageants made history once again – this year they crowned FIVE new Queens … in addition to the Mrs. Florida, Ms. Florida and Miss Teen Florida titles, the newly founded Miss Florida Teenager and first “live” Mrs. Puerto Rico Pageants took place too!

The pageant started out with a BANG! and two opening numbers:

Julianne Pruitt, Miss Teen Florida 2004, sang “Crown Busters!” (to the tune of Ghost Busters) as the Teen and Teenager delegates took the stage; followed shortly by Mrs. Florida 2004, Deanna Rollyson, who belted out a catchy re-mix version of “Here for the Pageant” (to the tune of “Here for the Party!”) – with an energy level that only the Mrs. and Ms. Delegates could pull off, the crowd roared! Of course, the Florida U.S. Pageants followed the two opening numbers with their traditional salute to our troops and those that have served our country with their rendition of “God Bless The USA” – led in song by both Julianne and Deanna, and accompanied by Ms. Florida 2004, Alejandra Puricelli and Mrs. Puerto Rico 2004, Iris Diaz-Goodwin. Many a hankie was needed after this beautiful tribute! These numbers were wonderfully choreographed by Heather Goodwin, a former Mrs. Florida delegate and 1st Runner-Up.

With 50 delegates on stage, the audience has the opportunity to see what a national pageant would be like – and they loved it!

Master of Ceremonies for the second year was the very colorful and vivacious, Mick Ferarri. He was joined at the podium throughout the evening by the various 2004 Queens for narration as the delegates competed in Swimsuit, Evening Gown and On-Stage Q&A (individual panel interviews took place the day before).

After some intense competition, the final results were:
