The rules state:

.:.Sneaking.:.

*Only masculine Alpha's of a pack, herd may sneak.
*Only Alpha mascu's may stop a sneak from occuring.
*If there is no Alpha mascu' in a herd or pack the Alpha fem may sneak and stop sneaks from her harem.
*You have 60 hours (2 and a half days) to stop a sneak from happening.
*You Must state your name, who you are sneaking and from which herd/pack.
*If a sneak is a sucess you may challenge for their return or sneak them back.
*You may not sneak if the Alpha mascu' or Fem in some cases is away.. so check the away board.

and like I said, Storm isn't your average wolf. he knows things. especially things that concern this land...
