Subject: W.H. Stevens Fish & Chips (1940s)

Would anyone be able to provide some information regarding a fish & chip business run by my grandparents in Risca during World War 2? Their names were Wyndham and Iverna Stevens (maiden name Garland), they had a daughter Dorothy (my mother). They were at 82 St Mary street. I know my mother was born there, so they were there in 1939. I also know that they moved to Risca Road in Crosskeys in about 1953. Does anyone have any information that may help me to fill a few gaps? When they started there or when the business ceased? Any stories? Many thanks.
