I think too that later on the human race will be fighting like rats in a sack and that is something we all have to face up to. I also believe that the survival of the Western culture must be secured by whatever it takes! In England we have a saying which goes You can`t make an omelette without breaking eggs. From what I have read on that hyperlink to the National Geographic I would say you have a point but how exactly do you kill 4 billion people? That`s easier said than done but it seems that in the future the situation might demand it in order to save the rest of us.
To carry this out we would have to wipe out our political elite too because this is something they would never seriously consider.They are too soft.
It`s a grim scenario.
