Go to voy and login.
Look up the faggots Ip address(es) and write it down on paper so youll remember it. Then go back to the page that comes up when you log in or just re-log in and youll be there.
Then in the ADVANCED USER OPTIONS PANEL, click on the thread that says
"Access/Password Security: Host/IP Banning and Passwords.".
Once you enter, under the third heading "Banning Restrictions", just type the faggots Ip addresses onto the text box.
You can choose the FIRST text box to ban him from BOTH (reading & posting) or you can choose the SECOND text box that bans him ONLY from posting (your choice of course, I'd go for the FIRST one if I were you).
Then from there you submit the changes and it's done!
