Brand new but I had to save for it. Until recently I was posting from internet cafes. I think Britain has a smaller % of people who use their own computers than over in N America but as there are loads of internet cafes here that isn`t a problem for many people here.
Japan is the most advanced country in the world followed by America. Israel has advanced military systems but mainly that`s bought from America.
China is further behind but they are catching up. Look how they put 2 men into space last week. Before only Russia and the USA could do that.
Europe is advanced too especialy Holland,Germany and Scandinavia. France is not far behind them.
