GP3義務團隊擬邀請本區童軍協助彼等所舉辦的活動。敬希安排貴旅派員負責為荷。茲將服務詳情列下，敬希垂注：

活動名稱：百年同甘慶豐年
舉行地點：旺角麥花臣球場
舉行日期：2005年5月22日(星期日)
舉行時間：中午12時至下午6時
服務性質：協助活動進行
童軍人數： 50 (童軍/深資童軍/樂行童軍)

如有興趣參與上述社區服務之旅團，應盡速從兩個方法之其一報名參與:

方法一:填妥有關童軍服務通知書回條，在截止日期前把回條FAX回區總部存檔 (Fax:24817445) 。
方法二:截止日期前經區會網上報名系統

區會是以先到先得方式安排旅團參與社區服務。
