團隊長(三柴)一般來說最重要的是為領袖與小隊間之橋樑,多數是協調之角色.總言而之,團隊長(三柴)是較年長(中四)之童軍擔任!已現時之情況,只有李文標一位人選.
另外,戰地記者說說你所心水人選有甚麼領導才能而勝任團隊長(三柴)....
在這刻,普選團隊長在旅部未見成熟......故否決這建議!
各位親愛的團員,我們領袖很歡迎你們提出意見,意見一定接受!但可否用真名呢?
那麼,"市民"及"戰地記者"是誰呢?
你們只是叫人下台,可否有一些有建設性的提議?
