Hi All,
We recently purchased a used solo dress that needs a little freshening up. Does any one have a cleaner who can handle solo dresses?

The dress has glitterdots, lame and some crystals. I'm concerned about the crystals coming off. The inside of the dress is lined in cotton, which is the part that needs cleaning.

Other than airing it out, is there a way to clean the dress?

There will be a big costume and shoe sale this Thursday January 25th in Palo Alto for all of those in the market for class or solo costumes. Remember that you will need costumes for particpation in St. Patrick's Day events, and upcoming competitions, and general performances. Please arrive 15 minutes before your class to try on the dresses and/or shoes (and do as quietly as possible).

Classes resume on Tuesday Jan 2 - regular class times.

There will be no THURSDAY CLASSES IN SAN JOSE on Thursday January 4 due to conflicts - instead a make up class will be held Friday Jan 12th Friday 3:30-4:30 and 4:30-6:30.

Classes will be held as usual in Palo Alto.

Hey all-i know you've seen my dress...i've had it since 2002-used it until 2004-tried selling it but then decided i might try to go back to dance. anyway, obviously that didn't happen and now i am moving to san luis obispo...so i need to sell it-within the week because i am leaving friday or saturday. if anyone is interested, i am selling it for $950. I took very good care of it and it has been in the dress bag (which I am also selling) since 2004. I also have my class costume which I am trying to sell. Trying to sell that one for about $300...also in very good condition. I also have 2 pairs of soft shoes-one was used only a couple of times and one is brand new...both are size 5. As a parent of three dancers who competed this weekend, I needed to say thank you for running such a great Feis this past weekend. We drove 8 hours and it was well worth the drive. Lizzi Connor's white and black Dancing in Celtic solo dress is for sale. We purchased it in February, and she's only worn it 3 times, so it's practically brand new. It has a dropped waist, and a crazy zebra print lining and bloomers. it comes with a crown. We also have a black and white rhinestone tiara for sale (separately, or in addition to the dress)which matches the dress, and 'lifts' the crown. the dress will be at the studio on Sunday morning (during O practice). Hi Dancers, Again it is time for Relay for Life in Redwood City at Seaquoia High School. This will be our 8th or 9th year of participation, Unfortunately it is the same weekend as the Reno Feis.

Any dancers who can do a dance out at 1:30 Sat May 13th it would be wonderful. This is a great event. Dr. Lindblom sponsored our team agian. "Irish Smiles" .
Donations for the American Cancer Society are welcome and can be sent to me for my envelope to turn in.

Many thanks to all the dancers who came and danced at my school - Slater Elementary. I have received many compliments on how talented you all are, and the students and staff (and some of the parents, who popped in to watch also) really enjoyed the dance-out. We are missing a left foot hard shoe, size about 9 to 9-1/2 American. Could you check your child's dance bag - it may be in there unbeknowst to you (I found a strange shoe when I checked). We would really like it back. Probably has a name and address sticker of Catherine Luniewski on the outside sole near the heel. Please phone (408) 725-8780. Thanks!

I found a hard shoe in my daughter's bag that does not belong to us. It is a Rutherford size 5. Please call to reclaim your shoe, or let someone know about this who lost a shoe! Patsy at (408) 725-8780.
