Jonathan, wow, we moved to 22 Channing Place in 1963. Our rent was $220 per month. Those apartments are all co-ops now, with prices in the mid-$500's and maintenance fees of around $1,000 (I think). We didn't know we had it so good, for only $220 a month!

Our apartment was on the top floor, left of the stairs.
