When she say's something she means it. Let's all give the person/people who feel COMPELLED to constantly trash the Crowning Touch credit for closing the site. THEY DESERVE IT!!!!!! AND SICK of hearing their trash talk!!!

If a certain person, shop, etc. is complained about constantly, generally there is SOME truth to the complaints. People have a right to voice their feelings(it IS much better to do it in an acceptable manner) and we HAVE ENOUGH SENSE to use the info in whichever way we chose.....ignore it, ask a few questions, etc.
The board in question was very helpful in many many ways and it is a shame that the moderator closed it because of some remarks about the Crowning Touch. Simply removing the info that he/she thought was inappropriate would have been much more helpful to the large number of girls who have relied on that board for useful information and used it to congratulate their friends, etc.
I hope someone else starts a board or this one or one similar takes off where the other LEFT off in an effort to keep the girls informed. I don't think we should let the moderators decision to close the board also close our line of communication!

Moderator of 83402 stated in plain english that bad mouthing people, places, or things, would NOT be tolerated.

Why would she be willing to be held liable for the petty behavior of a few or possibly ONE person?????

I would never in a thousand years be held responsible for the shallow and petty opinions of SOME people in this state, who do not have a problem ruining it for everyone.

As a pageant mom, I myself, with my daughter, enjoyed going on the forum and seeing if we recognized names of winners and congratulating them. It is sad that pettiness and childish behavior had this taken away. Being new to the "pageant world" this board helped us keep up on local pageants, dates, times, directions.........hopefully a new board will open and things can continue.

Some keep it a tad cleaner but check them all out and judge for yourself. Some of these have been known to get nasty and post profanity. For the most part they are all pretty decent.

sorry about the confusion on 83402-however i am making a few minor changes in hope to stop some of the normal "stuff" that has been going on--i guess i made a few dumb changes-cause i couldn't even acess it myself-lol (you all know i am blonde) so i hope it all works out for the best
