Subject: New Fairs & Festivals Pageant Voy Forum

Hi Everyone. I'm going to take a stab at running a voy forum devoted solely to WV fairs & festivals pageants. I will not tolerate negativity; therefore, a valid e-mail address must be submitted with every post. When a new e-mail address comes across for the first time, I will send you an e-mail to which you must reply. That will ensure that the post has originated from an e-mail address to which you have access.

Unfortunately, I do not allow banners on the forum. I'm trying to make it resemble the "83402" forum as closely as I can, even down to using similar colors

I'll be leaving work today at noon, so I might not be sending any confirmation e-mails out today, but I will start tomorrow.
