Subject: Potato Festival

I came to voy today because of a phone call I recived this afternoon.
I came here to try and "clue" all of you in on the purpose of the fourm,
because three-quarters of you don't understand.
After taking a few minutes to read over the current "chats" I see that Sue Loyd has already brought reality to the surface (way to go sue!)
Our Potato Festival Pageant has been listed on 97.1FM & 92.9FM, it has also been listed in the Nicholas Chronical for 2 weeks. Each of these announcements have listed ways to recive your application I have also distributed flyers through out the county. My email address has been listed on VOY sence day one, yet I have recived no mail reguarding entries. So if your negitive comments were reguarding getting entered I suggest you wash out your ears, wipe out your eyes, or learn to send email.
It is true we have few entries and the deadline has been extended so if you are discouraging girls from entring the competition then I again suggest that you work on your own confidence then enter the pagaent world. My visit's on the voy sight are minimum, and after all the negivity
I have seen here I will not be back after this visit.
I hope that all of you will in time understand that every where in live there is competition a contest between rivals it at work, at school, in familys, everywhere...

if competition is entered into by a secure individual then it is healthy for that person.
if you have to create negitivity to surrive a competition then your only bringing yourself down.
Our daughter's watch every move we make as moms. They will be just like us. So look in the mirror have a talk with yourself. Are you what you want your child to be?

BE SECURE, BE CONFIDENT, BE NICE, AND YOU WILL BE A WINNER.
That is a well rounded pageant queen. The ones cutting throats to get ahead only do it because they don't belive in themselves or their children enough to win honestly just cruely !
