Children’s Pageant – Entry Form

The pageant will be held on Saturday, November 12th at PikeView High School
Rehearsal time TBA
Entry Deadline is: October 31, 2005

All winners will receive a Tiara, a Sash and two tickets to the 2006 Miss Teen West Virginia Pageant.
Little, Junior, and Pre-Teen winners will receive their entry fee to the “Mentor Princess Program” held in conjunction with the Miss Teen West Virginia Pageant (www.missteenwestvirginia.net)

All others just formal.
