QUEENS MUST PAY A DEPOSIT BY SEPTEMBER 10TH AND DEPOSITS OR ENTRIES IN FULL WHICHEVER WE HAVE RECEIVED WILL BE REFUNDED IF YOU WIN A WVAFF QUEENS TITLE PRIOR TO OUR PAGEANT.
