(grinning) Ah, another advantage of working at home -- I can go to the gym whenever I want to. Believe me, I have to work to stay in shape, and I do -- I watch everything I eat and I do a lot of weights and machines, lunges, squats, leg presses, crunches, you name it. The only thing I don't do enough of is cardio -- I HATE cardio! Thank you for the compliment, Diane.

Also, I live alone, so I can eat when I want to and not have to cook for anyone, or have their snacks around in my face -- that helps! :-)
