Subject: So how many illegal raffle ticket sales for Queen of Queens? I know !!! Miss Spanish Festival Queen has done an illegal raffle, Good for her to want to raise money but sweetly you need to do it legally and not let the people think that the Spanish Festival and it’s Organization is promoting your illegal gaming along with titling your Raffle Queen of Queen. Sweetly you really should have checked out your Louisiana gaming laws and not added Queen of Queens Raffle on your header of your Raffle

Louisiana Gaming Laws are very well inforced and if the proper paperwork was not filed it is illegal. Which your Raffle tickets are very much illegal, You were suppose to file through the gaming commission which you did not. And you titled your tickets Queen of Queens which under gaming law states you are suppose to title your raffle for what you are raising money for which in your case gives the idea you are raising money for the organization of Queen of Queens not for your trip to queen of queens which if you would look up the laws it states that it should be titled for what the raffle is for you have to be very careful as this can be said to be money raised in false pretenses another thing you did is you placed the logo for the Spanish Festival on your raffles which shows indorcement from this organization for this illegal raffle which I am sure they did not agree to. Did you not even think about all of your actions and the consequences you are or possibly inflicting on Queen of Queens and Spanish Festival. Spanish has worked very hard to get where they are to have such a disrespect and dishonest person to represent them.
