Judges who aren't known are not going to be qualified, styles/ trends change. Judges need to be current and keeping up with what is current. Judges are normally friends of other queens, fellow directors, past competitors, moms, sister queens, etc. A good judge will put all of that to the side when they sit behind a table. Pageants are like any other sport, you may not agree with a call, but by choosing to play, you are agreeing to someone else making the final call. -- LOUISIANA PAGEANT TABLOIDS

I will take another pageant Mom over these inexperienced Miss queens any days. If you have never judged and are asked, you DO have the right to say No, you do not have to accept the offer. More Miss queens this year have ruined their reputation, tarnished thier festivals name by judging when they had no idea what they were doing. Kids should not be judging other kids.
