First off you want to allow anyone to compete take the Festival condition out of the form cause I’m sure they would have had plenty more competing and it would have brung in more girls. To allow both Miss and Teen to compete while being active Festival holders they should have never been allowed to compete. And I’m sorry you can make what ever excuses you want. One minute you say they just wanted her to be there for the festival cause no one was there but then she did travel when asked by Director or sister Queen well I’m sorry that’s just another excuse and proves she was still traveling under another Festival title. You may not see why others see this is wrong but maybe that’s because you personally know the miss or are her. Some girls wait over a year to compete for that one title.
