Beauty: $55.00
Photogenic: $10.00 (optional)
$10.00 off Beauty if application and entry fee is received by May 31, 2008.

13 and up
Questionnaire, Dressy Sportswear, Self-expression in Fashion, and Evening Gown.
Entry fee: $135.00
$20.00 off if application and entry fee is received by May 31, 2008.
