Subject: Let's see who is paying attention, here.

I was just talking with a neighbor child, and she mentioned that tomorrow her school district was having "field day", where all the kids participate in games and general fun, outside the classroom. This reminded me of something I partook in only once at CHS, and I believe it was in the 9th grade, last time for the event.

All the classes were divied up into four sections, each section having an appointed theme. I was in the Mexican group.

My question is: Am I dreaming, or did these things really happen? What was the significance? What was the point?

The mind is a terrible thing to waste, to borrow a statement.
