Just talked to George's sister Linda an hour or so ago. The doctor is seeing George now, but she speculated to Donna before going in to see him that they may be able to move him to a regular room today * that is, out of the ICU.

His temperature is down, his blood pressure is stable, he is eating, and he is talking and seems more aware.

Per a phoncon with Luther earlier this evening, George HAS stabilized, and has been moved to a private room.

More info will follow as it becomes available.
