Subject: George Campbell Health Update #12

Per an email I received from Luther Chandler this evening:

"Luther, please let everyone know George got a good report today. he is healing nicely but will take a while to get his strength back. The trip really wore him out. We do not have to go back for three weeks. In the meanwhile they will watch to see if he has any fevers. I asked when they were going to take the pic line out and the Dr. said not yet. So I pray we don't have to have any more trips. Tomorrow is supposed to be his last day. So for now he is taking therapy and building back up. He needs to gain some weight but they want him on a low fat low cholesterol diet. That is going to be hard since he really enjoys eating snacks and I don't think I can blame him. He has few pleasures
left. Please forgive my typing. Got to go to bed now. Thanks again for all you and everyone have done. Tell all George enjoys the calls and cards.

One note: Luther is going to call Donna in the morning (Wednesday, 10/5/5) and get a mailing address for George. As soon as I get that information, I'll forward it to all of you.
